1. Return Policy (7 Days)
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

If the product seal has been broken, the item will not be eligible for return.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product sent by us.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
