All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

From time to time, Scents by HOOR may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track your package.


5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.


6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

If incorrect information is provided and the package cannot be delivered, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.

If your package arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package.

We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable solution.
